Private company platform

Private Company Platform Pty Ltd is being positioned as a profiling platform to showcase companies contemplating a “corporate event” within the next 12 to 24 months. A corporate event includes a capital raising, ASX listing, succession planning, M and A, crowd sourced funding, or a company seeking a more effective way of managing its expanding share register. A corporate event is one that is likely to see the company’s share register grow substantially through such corporate activity.

PCP, by providing the profiling platform, helps companies get better prepared for handling and engaging with a larger audience of shareholders and is designed to enable companies to be more adept in presenting themselves to the market along similar lines to that of an ASX listed company.

Our speaker, Jeffrey Broun is an experienced corporate finance executive specialising in private equity capital for fast growing unlisted companies.
Jeffrey is Managing Director of Private Company Platform Pty Ltd – a profiling platform for unlisted companies applicable for CSF aspirant companies pre / post their CSF Offers. The Private Company Platform works closely with its strategic shareholder – an ASX listed share registry - as well as a related secondary market facilitation company to present a total solution for unlisted companies expanding their shareholder’s register.
Apart from CSF companies the Private Company Platform – launching in December 2018 - will also be an attractor for succession planning outcomes where a broad-based investor pool wishes to back the management teams to facilitate a management buyout of (often) the baby boomer founders.
