Proprietary Is not private

The implicit promise of "crowdfunding" is great;

Words like: Instant, Free, Accessible, Fair, Easy, Disruptive, Worldwide, Fans, Feedback, Millions in Minutes are common place, however the as anyone on the inside knows, misguided expectations do not match reality.

I'll be exploring these ideas, and the reality of regulated Proprietary company fundraising in the Australian licensee based regime, with particular focus on the implicit conflicts between PTY governance and the Public offer of equity.

Find out how Billfolda plans to mediate some of these issues, and expect to leave with more questions than answers as we dive into minority shareholder rights and the needs of early stage companies seeking capital.
